I hope you do take a day of rest with no career related work!
I took yesterday as that day. Although, I will go to church this morning, I am working later. I meet with a Huntington's Disease Support group to talk about the legal issues and governmental benefits (unfortunately, the benefits are paltry and the disease is devastating).
    Enjoy your family and rest!

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5 Km in 38mins (hills).
    Calories?: Yes.
    Tracked?: Yes.

Quite day today. Good weather, nice walk.

Had to take in belt another notch. The 87 size trousers are almost falling off me. I now fit into 82 size trousers (was in 97s when I started in April). Fortunately had some very old new trousers (still had tags on from over 10 years ago) of that size. Never worn as they were too tight to fit 10 years ago. So now I have trousers that do not fall off me without a belt. :)

This afternoon, I spent 2 hours with a Huntington's Disease Support group. For those of you who have guaranteed medical care, you will not understand that in the USA, it is very difficult to get proper care for persons with long-term illness, such as Huntington's Disease. My law firm works with persons with very unpleasant diagnoses such as Alzheimer's; Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis; Huntington's Disease and more to help them get governmental benefits for long-term care. It's an important but very trying process.
I was so glad to get back to the farm at 4:45 pm and still have some daylight time to get out on the farm and pull myself back together.
    Anyway, today's report:
    Calories: under by about 300+
    Tracking: ok
Exercise: 120 minutes of farm activity

Exercise: yes, a bike ride for 36.5km (22.5 miles) this morning. Really crisp, clear morning.

I feel good about the hills, now. We hadn't done today's particular series of hills for about a month, so I was pleasantly surprised at how effortless it was to cycle said hills! Yeah! My cardio and strength seem to be improving.

    Calories: yes, I was under

    Tracking: yes, tracked it all

@RangerRickL, Huntington's is devastating and affects people when they are in their prime. Thank you for working with the support group.

I feel like I really cut it close today but even estimating on the high end has me just below calories. I think the homemade birthday cake Oreo ice cream was just too good to feel like it wasn't a total over indulgence! Yum. But tracked it all and got in half an hour of upper body strength training.
