I'm starting back on my low carb (dr ordered) diet and want to start lifting again. Anyone interested in helping a newbie out on the lifting journey? If so, send me a friend request. I always do better when I have someone to talk about the journey with. Thanks!

I'm starting lifting again as well. I have fibromyalgia so I have to be careful about how much I do. I get really tired so when I have other activities then I don't always have energy for lifting. I want to change this. I also find that I need to do the lifting early in the morning before my son gets up. I don't seem to be able to get the MWF routine going. For the last few weeks I have been lifting on Saturday. My goal is to lift again on Monday and see if I can do Wednesday and Friday this week.0
