Horrified by events in Las Vegas.

Good Morning. I too woke up to the horrible news in LV.

Yesterday I ran for about 5 blocks down Main Street to celebrate the end of some friends quest to run every street in our town. We posed for pictures under the arch for the local paper and they took off to finish the run. We joined them again for the final couple blocks. I was able to run with my old running partner by my side and then join some of my old running friends for coffee. While it made me miss running it was a joy to be out there with everyone again. A couple hours in the Berkeley Hills at the Botanical Gardens and then home. I was sore last night and this morning so today is all about getting things calmed down.

Morning Guys. Here and feeling good and on the mend. Actually back sleeping in bed and able to move a great deal better...know it takes time for ribs to heal but I'm pretty impatient . Be well all.
