What healthy foods/snacks do you like to eat? How are you guys working out? (Home, gym,etc) and what workouts are you doing?

    I'm trying eat better by using a meal delivery system.

    For exercise, I walk everyday, just about everywhere. Right now my morning walk includes the 20 plus pound back pack I will be lugging around have Atlanta next month. I work out at home -have some free weights and kettlebells. I like to mix things up so I do 20 exercises with as many reps as possible in 40 seconds. Websites like darebee have lots of good body weight programs and YouTube has so many options. I am in a challenge here that requires at least 7 or more hours per week of exercise so that keeps me moving.

    I try to walk everyday during lunch. I have a 45 minute lunch and usually out of those 45 I walk about 25-30 minutes every work day. So Monday-Friday.

    I do CrossFit! There’s plenty of CrossFit workouts you can find online for free and you can specify without equipment if there’s stuff you don’t have at home.
