DW is rabid Yankees fan so we watch them most of the time. I agree, games are too long and too late.

Looking to get a male, probably a lab from a breeder in Maine - Maranatha Kennels - check out their website - dated but shows their style. Mostly hunting dogs but they do SAR.

Raining and cool here today. Probably not going to do the bike riding brewery tour this afternoon unless it lets up.
Meeting Ron's family for an early lunch to celebrate his mom's birthday. They will likely cancel because of the rain. She is mostly handicapped with Parkensins and a variety of other ailments so better her in and out of the car is a chore. But actually she went to the aunt's funeral last week and looked better than I have seen her in years.

- Maranatha Kennels looks interesting. I wonder what they could do with an elderly Dachshund who thinks she's the Queen.
- Let's hope AB has a great weekend.
- PT and then a brewery, sweet and sour, hot and cold.
- Good ballgame last night. I'm guessing the lady doc in CT didn't like it.
- If the NFLs answer to taking a knee during the national anthem is stop playing the anthem I'm giving up pro football for good. I live in the heart of the SEC. Who needs the pros.
- There may be a kayak trip in my future.

I slept straight through from 10:30 to 5:30 this morning. That just doesn't happen. I feel so energetic, now.

We were going out to the western burbs to go look at windows and - get this - THEY CLOSE AT 2PM! What kind of place that caters to people who need weekends to get together for joint decisions closes at 2PM ON A SATURDAY?!?0
