Another Northern Irelander her - im from Co. Armagh :)

I have been sticking to this site for the last 5 days - and so far so good :) (have lost about 5lbs so far!)

How does everyone else find it? anyone got good long term success?

    All the temptations still reign, perhaps apart from Mauds! this is my second or third time trying this, 2 days done so far!

    Hi everyone! Another Belfast broad here, great to see loads of locals on here!

    I just started a new strength training program today to work on increasing my muscles and upping my metabolic rate strong while losing!

    Basically so I don't have to live on a calorie deficit my whole life!!!
