    Yesterday and today have been very busy. Managed to get the walks in, but then nose to the work grindstone.

    Weather is getting warmer and last 2 days returned home looking a like I have been swimming instead of walking.

    I have not been setting any new exercise highs, but I sure am working hard at the office. I love the creative aspects of my work. Currently working with a webmaster team to develop a fresh and modern look to our website. I'm the wordsmith. It's fun to try to improve the message to prospective clients.
