fit bit not syncing

myfitnesspal is syncing with fitbit it isn't allowing exercise so showing exercise 0
goal1200 food 470 excersise 0

fitbit is calculating food in /out so is contecting with mfp
there is something not quite right i have deleted everything logged out of everything then gone back and still the same
hoping someone can point me in the right direction i have been trying for a couple of days
it did work fine before

    1st - was the daily Fitbit calorie burn lower than normal?

    2nd - do you have negative calories enabled?

    3rd - did you change your MFP activity level.

    Because while the adjustment is listed under exercise, it's of course not just exercise - it is merely the difference between what Fitbit reports and what MFP thought you'd burn up to that point anyway.

    So if Fitbit is reporting less than MFP was planning on anyway, and you don't have negative calories enabled - no adjustment shows.

    If Fitbit is as high as other days and no change to MFP activity level (higher means higher higher expected calorie burn that Fitbit would have to go over) - then you did the right thing of disconnected and deactivate.

    In the MFP app - what is selected as the source of steps?
    Should be Fitbit, sometimes it changes for who knows what reason.

    2nd have negative cal enabled
    3rd not changed activity level
    Source of steps is Fitbit

    I have changed my Fitbit from a flex to charge hr

    The Fitbit side is working and syncing from mfp
    I have been round and round trying different things logging out of all computer iPad phones with both Fitbit and mfp
    Anymore thoughts or ideas from anyone would be a huge help

    I had the same issue yesterday and I have made no changes in months. I did send a ticket to MFP Support.
