Since you all enjoyed the Exercising Bear, I asked him to recommend his dancing instructor. Here she is...

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5 Km in 37 mins (hills).
    Calories?: Yes.
    Tracked?: Yes.

Tripped and fell on walk today (Grazed elbow, nothing serious. Years of ice skating taught me how to fall in such a way as to minimise injury). Still managed a good time.

Went out for Japanese for dinner tonight. Great food, but tricky to track (managed to though).

Also got 3D printer working (I've had it for ages, just never had the need to use it). A heated print bed is important (or the print's warp or come loose from the base). I can now print parts for my flying machines.

btw. Made circle again. Zero pass days so far this month.

@RangerRickL. Like the happy feet penguins. So cute.

Sorry I've been a bit hit and miss with my posting this month. Kids half term and a birthday earlier in the month has completely threw me off track, but hoping to be more consistent come November.

Been to Bolsover Castle today in Derbyshire. It was built in the early 17th century by the Cavendish family, on the site of a medieval castle founded in the 12th century by the Peverel family.

Had a good look round the ruins, walked the "wall walk" and been in the "Little Castle", although my pictures of the inside didn't come out well as very little lighting in there.

Have loads of pics of the ruins though, promise to share next time I post up (short on time at the mo').

It was 17.7 miles to Bolsover Castle, biked it there, didn't get lost either, although the GPS on my phone was a huge help, lol.
Also had a run this morning before I left too, although had to use the treadmill as the weather was terrible early on. Not much better now either, was battling with the wind most of the time.

    Total distance walked/jogged:- 8.2 miles
    Total distance travelled:- 26 miles
    Total steps walked: 18,770
    Total calories burned: 1085
    Total calories consumed: 1384 / 1470

@craigo3154 No pass days is super incredible. You are an upholder; adhere to outer and inner expectations. Gretchen Rubin writes about the 4 personality tendencies (upholder, obliger, questioner, and rebellion). I am an obliger but I so wish I was an upholder.
@trixsey1 You sure put in a lot of miles. Outstanding!!
    @RangerRickL Love the dancing penguin.

Yes x 3 I have been busy but I am going strong will make the circle unless I slouch off the rest of the month ;) Last year I wore flats and my Mary Jane's 1 year later I hit the pavement and found the perfect shoes. Three inch heels!!! I loved them but I realized I always wear black shoes so I came home and ordered them in black.

Strength training this morning. Crappy cold rainy day so nothing outside. Tracked and calories are fine.

Mumble is such a "Happy Penguin".
    Here is some trivia:
The dancing penguin was choreographed by Savion Glover. Saw him in person and he is an excellent tap dancer. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Savion_Glover

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, but getting up at 04:15am played havoc with my appetite today

I’m up again early tomorrow as I am doing the Making Strides for Cancer 5k. It’s the first time I have ever participated in a walk, so I’m very excited. There’s a group of us going including a 3 month old baby, he’s not walking, his mum is pushing him in his stroller :D

Exercise: yes, started off with a 2 hour bike ride. It was so cold, even with the neoprene shoe covers, jacket, and gloves. Sheesh. This winter is going to be tough. Then I did 2.5 hours of heavy yard work! Digging, planting, and blah blah blah. Autumn cleanup is tough.

    Calories: yes, under.

    Tracking: everything

Tomorrow, I'm going to go hiking again...this time, I am going to do a trail that goes straight up. 2000 feet elevation in 1.5 miles. Yes!
