Needing keto peeps. Feel free to add:)

I am 2.5 weeks in. Down 12 lbs since starting keto. Not cheating and trying very hard to keep motivated. But....I’m in a funk this week. Tired, emotional, and can’t seem to get my energy back. Needing some people who’ve gotten past this and can share how they did it.

    Great job! Just started myself but there are a ton of great youtube videos for beginners with things to do (and avoid). One thing I've seen stressed is to make sure your electrolytes are up. Make sure you're getting enough sodium, magnesium and potassium. They say that not keeping up with those will zap your energy levels and be the kiss of death for your willpower.

    I second what Boston said.. everything I've heard from others is that keeping those particular electrolyte levels up is the key, along with water intake. I'm just starting so can't say what worked for me personally yet.
