I am using my 3 passes for the first 3 days of the month. I will need to be on point the rest of the month if I’m going to make it to the Winner’s Circle. I got off track on the first with some Halloween candy.?i decided a few weeks ago to not have any Halloween candy this year. I ended up having 5 pieces so I’m okay with that. Who knows how much I would’ve eaten if I hadn’t set a limit.
I got to figure out my plan to limit Christmas sweets. I may just have fudge once or twice and skip the rest of it. I’ll have to think about what I want to do? What helps you guys with temptations at this time of year?
Good news! Our home inspection was today and they didn’t ask us to fix anything. One more hurdle down. I think we just have a couple more things to do. Our closing date is the end of this month. Everything is moving fast!4 -

Off schedule today, so I did 20 minutes on the Nordic Trak right after breakfast, and then laterf I still managed to get in 10141 steps at the end of the day.
Calories were great, made up for eating the exercise calories yesterday.

I thought we were done with guests until my mum and sister come in December, but one of Hubby’s friends has decided to come for the weekend. I’d like to think we’re somewhat popular but I can’t help thinking it’s the fact we live in Vegas…1 -

Exercise: Yes! Walked with my doggies. We were gone for an hour and a half but most of it was them fetching the ball, I guesstimate about 30 mins of it was walking
Calorie budget: yea! I’m getting done work and soo want to eat but I’m staying strong!

I made excellent choices at a Mexican buffet tonight. I'm so thankful for this challenge.2 -
Nice dinner with friends. Usually we avoid chain restaurants in favor of locally owned. I have to admit it was nice tonight at a chain -PJ Brewhouse, to have the calories for everything printed on the menu. It made it easier to track and stay under calories. Dipped a little into my calories that a earned from Zumba. But that's what they are there for if I need them.
@ashsmile78 you asked about handling holiday goodies. We get trays and baskets of all kinds of treats continually at work. It starts at Thanksgiving and doesn't stop until the new year. I will eat only homemade so that cuts down a lot, then to only homemade that I don't see any other time of the year. Chocolate chip cookies I will pass. But maybe have a peanut butter hershey blossom or a rum ball.5 -
