    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? NO. WAS BUSY AROUND THE HOUSE ALL DAY PREPARING FOR MEMORY LUNCH IN REMEMBRANCE OF MY MOM THAT IS TOMORROW.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? DON'T KNOW.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? NO.

    GUESS THIS IS MY DAY 2 OF A PASS DAY ON MY EXERCISE.

    Today was pretty good- and feel good about going into the weekend with social things coming up. Going to try and save calories for those and be v careful while at home! Have a fab weekend everyone!

    Bad day yesterday.

    Exercise, 11,131 steps but no treadmill or purposeful exercise, so no
    Calories, not sure as I didn't log, but didn't have a lot of extra calories earned from exercise - so no
    Tracked - no

    Had a busy day but made good choices. As I was at Micky D's for my unsweet tea. I was looking at my app and there it was free fry Friday. I usually just discount it right away. But they are free and they are addicting fries (don't get me into why our county is getting massive)!!! I had calories left in my budget but only wanted to do half of the med fry. I asked them to give me half of the medium fries..long pause "what". At that point I realized that it was beyond her ability to comprehend half an order of medium fries. I took them ate half of them and took the rest home to my doggies. Amazingly I was able to just sit them in the back and forget about them. Score for accountability and mindful eating!

    Yes x 3 for me. Exercise was just walking dog. Had tamales and IPA, but it worked in my budget so I'm good.
