I can't believe I've been going 10 days straight. I'm impressed with me. I keep waiting to see a slight change in my appearance, but nothing yet. I think I need to reduce my carb intake.4 -

Had a great restaurant meal tonight but still got in 9,113 steps and one hour sixteen minutes active.
Made it barely under calories limit, but used no exercise cals, so deficit is fine.
Every thing logged.
