Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5 Km in 38 mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes. (Long way under today)
    Tracked?: Yes.

Early walk (before the forecast afternoon rain).

Hopefully more later (in a late meeting).

Exercise done hopefully more at lunchtime.

Myth buster I have to eat before a certain time or else it will all go to my hips. ;) As long as I am in my calorie intake I can wait till I get home for dinner even if it means eating late.

    Pass Day 1

Allthough I was below calories if I count my excercise calories I like to stay below my allowance without counting the burn. Hence, the pass day.

    Everything logged
Walk for 30 minutes and static bike 20 minutes.

As this is my first month in the UAC I'm not sure if this means I have failed?

Hope you have a good day/ evening all

@dejavuohlala, there ain't no such thing as failure. Winners circle is the goal, er, one of the goals. But how about if we just keep patching our dietary behaviors until we keep getting better and better?
Tracking, tracking, tracking, that is how we do it. Middle of the month and only one pass. Hey, that is better than me.
There is people that been here for way longer than a month. They, we, don't make winners circle every month. Hey, nobody laughs and points at us and we keep on coming back. That is how that is.

But really I just wanted to put a picture of an Indian ruin. I like going outside to play. That is how I am.

Hmmmmm, feeling pretty good today although last night sleeping was a bit rough...........so impressed with how you're all doing and it encouraged me to get out for at least a walk this morning.

Exercise: Yes, 35 minute walk with my dog, no running but we did walk pretty fast and I'll be back at the gym tomorrow

Calories: Still a bit low but over 1200, which is way below my maintenance calories, pretty sure I'll get closer tomorrow now that my mouth is feeling better

    Tracking: Yes, everyday

Zumba in the morning. Tracking and I was not hungry at all today. More under than usual. I may eat more before bed. I agree that it doesn't matter when I eat. Even before bedtime is fine. Maybe because I workout first thing?
Tomorrow we leave the house at 5:30am for the my husband's procedure at the Cleveland Clinic. I won't workout first, but since he is staying over I can use their fitness center. If not, I usually stair climb and walk. He will be in surgery 5-8 hours.
My personal Pyramid has a big layer of fruits and vegs on the bottom, Then three equal layers of breads/cereals, dairy, and fish and meats, with a small layer of fats and sweets on top. It works for me, but I'm sure it is not for most people. :)

Sheesh. I had written a response to @craigo3154's great question but not sure what happened.
Quick recap. My husband and I did the low fat diet for years. It started in 1994 when my mom had bypass surgery and we certainly did not want to get heart disease. Fast forward today. I have lost heart with all the claims of what the best diet is. Very overwhelming and confusing. Our diet is to eat everything but in moderation.

It's Wednesday and I got 10,000 steps in today. My Garmin let me know this morning that my past Wednesdays show a pattern of low activity. I was so stunned. Yikes. I got on the treadmill and did almost 80 minutes of walking. My Garmin should have good things to report back to me next Wednesday. Yay!!

There was an article in the NY Times this week saying that counting calories is bad for weight loss. Geez, it's the only thing that worked for me. When I don't log calories, my weight just keeps creeps up and up. Since I've been logging on UAC I've been losing since July, and now am at maintenance for the last month. So far so good.

Yes x 3 today. I didn't want to exercise after work, but figured I'd better for this challenge, and ended up walking 45 min. I feel better as a result.
