    Hi, I'm getting back into running myself. I'm trying to run 5k every other day to support my weight loss and fitness goals. One week in and I've been successful so far and lost 4kg. I'm based in Frankfurt Germany if anyone else is here.

    Hi I live in the north east of England & this year is the first year I have run 3 half marathons, as well as 10k's & 5k's. I am also a regular parkrunner. I joined here yesterday as I am tentatively thinking about a marathon next year & to do that I need to lose weight & weight loss will also help my times improve. So any motivation over the winter months is greatly received. I am not a fan of running in the cold, wet & dark!!!!

    Hi

    I am new to running and it’s intimidating to me but I am overcoming my fears. At present, I live in Hawaii. I have started my running journey using the treadmill. As time progresses I may try to run outside. It is beautiful scenery here!

    I live in a rural area of southwest Virginia. We have all four seasons. Lots of mountains. I'm in a part of the state where you can be in NC, TN, KY and WV with a short drive.
