Well I did not decorate for Xmas maybe on the weekend. As all of my mom's packages are coming to my house I was trying to find all the tracking numbers to let my husband know when to look outside for a box. The ups guy is great he does know my husband won't come to the door so he leaves everything. We live in a rural area so it's pretty safe. My mom lives on a busy street and packages have been known to disappear. We have 2 left 2 arrive. 1 for mom 1 for me. I haven't even set up for the holiday and I am ready for it to be over. My leaving the house is done till after Dec. People have on their mean faces its depressing. I like to be happy and crabby face is contagious. Time to get ready for work . Another pass here for me.
Tried to keep active today, but I'm still not 100% and I'm really struggling to keep going.
Feel awful again today, and so tired. The cold doesn't help, 0 degrees here with snow on the way - I hate winter, lol.
I've had a 5 mile walk this morning, but couldn't wait to get home. Will try to get a few miles on the treadmill later.
@LoraineGB - I can understand that for your sister, but I don't have any family, so my birthday is usually spent alone. It became a bit of a tradition to put the decs up on my birthday when the kids were little and we've done it every year since.
It's nice to be able to do something together.

Yay! Made it through the last day with a pass still unused. I will say that f I wasn’t checking in here each day, I would have given in to a few extra temptations this month. Thanks for the accountability!

Ended the month with two strong workout days and a NSV. The evening before my husband's heart surgery earlier this month I went to give blood and was turned away. I had sky rocketing blood pressure. I never had a blood pressure issue. Fortunately it was back to normal today and I was able to donate. We are thinking it was just nervous stress about the surgery. Tracked and under calories.

Although I didn't make the winner's circle, I feel pretty good about the month. I had 5 Pass days, and if it weren't for this challenge, I would have had 30 Pass days. Therefore, I'm still winning in my book. I can't wait to see what Dec holds for me.3 -

NO. SPENT MOST OF THE DAY WORKING ON TWO 2018 CALENDARS FOR MYSELF AND FOR MY DAD IN MY MOM'S MEMORY AND THE DISCOUNTED PRICE ENDS FRIDAY SO I AM RUNNING OUT OF TIME.

YES WHICH IS SURPRISING SINCE I STAYED HOME ALL DAY WORKING ON THE PHOTO CALENDARS WHICH USUALLY LEAD TO SNACKING AND BAD FOOD CHOICES.

YES. I DID MAKE TIME TO LOG EVERYTHING IN MY FOOD DIARY.0 -
Great to finish up the month strong, weight loss in the week after Thanksgiving!
