Good morning! Thank you for participating in this homework assignment! Yay! I hope you have enjoyed learning about food and what you are actually putting into your body. Please comment on your initial reaction to the assignment. Also, comment on your 1st day. Did you hit your goal? I was just a little off of my goal. I learned that I have a lot of sugar for one day.0

im just about right on with my goal. Not to far under or over i think. and maybe need to lay off the cookies0

I learned that i should drink more water and eat healthier food. i was a little off of my goal.0

I'm not drinking enough water to stay hydrated. I'm getting the calcium I need from drinking the milk. I am under my goal for the day.0

At first I thought this was redonkulous, but it made me realize what exactly I'm putting in my body. I was a little off my goal. I learned that I had a lot of iron and sodium for one day.0

I was just a little under my goal in every aspect. Most of the food that I was putting into my body I was aware of. I just need to take time to dedicate myself to want to start eating more cleaner calories which I do well with most of the time. I also need to start eating more carbs.0

Although I was under my overall goal, I was still over a little bit in the sugar calorie category.
