I made this pulled pork recipe in the crockpot overnight. It was amazing! Makes two meals for two people (4 servings in total), so you might want to cut it in half if you are doing the program solo. It was very tempting to eat more than just one serving last night!

Also, it definitely has a kick to it. If you don't like things too spicy, I'd recommend cutting back on the cayenne pepper.
