Happy Saturday to everyone!
There are no words that I could write that can compare to the words of our team mate, @astroamy
Here is what she wrote yesterday, "Good news is I've hit my final goal. Over 90 lbs gone in 667 days. I've decided to keep doing what I am doing so I have a cushion for the holidays and start maintaining in earnest in the new year." @astroamy Let's all send her a congratulatory cheer!!7 -

@astroamy - sorry I can't do fireworks like @RangerRickL but if I could I'd send you a bucketful! Really well done and an inspiration to me to keep going when (as now) I flag a bit.3

@astroamy I love WOO HOO!!! Even though I have been told its old school it fits who I am so I am sending you a shout out and its definitely a WOO HOO !!!
@RecipeScrapper My coworkers turned me onto essential oils and I use peppermint oil for migraines. I actually take daily medications to keep them at bay but some days I still get them no amount of over the counter meds will cut it but the peppermint oil is unbelievable. I either put a few drops on my temples or on the back of my neck. I also use it on my sore joints. Lol. I also take turmeric which helps with inflammation. I have RA and fibromyalgia I have a very high tolerance for pain at this point I don't take anything as I am trying to keep my prescriptions to a minimum. As I am a kidney match for my nephew. Hopefully if the day comes I can step up its also why I am trying to get in the best shape possible.
Yes x 3 for yesterday
Already working on my chores so I can run over to mom's and assist over there. Hoping to be over there by 9 am back home by 2. Yep I definitely find the work week has become my chill zone. People have commented that I look so happy at work. LOL work is my happy place how crazy is that. Till later.3 -

@astroamy - great news to achieve your goal. It is a GOOD feeling. My nutrition journey started in 2011 at which time it took 6 months to reach goal. I was active on another online calorie tracking forum at the time, which no longer exists. All of their users were referred to an affiliate site which I didn't find helpful. I remained pretty much in maintenance for about 5 years; but came to MFP recently to lose the 6 pounds I had regained in the past year before it became a bigger issue than need be. Maintenance is within reach. I can ALMOST touch it!
Yes x 3 again for today. Half hour aerobics + 45 minute walk in the village with DH. It was cold. I may do some additional aerobics before the day is over.
Thank you to everyone who posts here. I, particularly, enjoy this challenge as it gives me daily incentive with your updates to keep going. Have a great evening, everyone!4 -

Took my mum to The Venetian today, it’s her favourite hotel and she loves the operatic show there. We did loads of walking and then we came home and cooked. Tomorrow we are having Christmas and Mummy will be baking mince pies, I can’t wait!

Exercise: Yes. 25 minutes of walk at home you tube videos
Calories: Yes
Tracking:Yes2 -
I'm working my way back up in my cardio/strength days. Going on a long vacation created a 20% drop in my pushup count.
Today, I did 67 minutes of overall exercise. 17 minutes were active stretching as preparation for cardio/strength. Then 50 minutes that were alternating jump rope intervals and push ups.
Calories; under by a nice margin
Tracking: ok2 -
Thanks everyone!!! I'm going to be here for the long haul. I think I'll need all the support I can get in maintenance.

Tracking becomes hard when you're always on the go. I am huge pen and paper girl so maybe I can start to track that way during times when I can't necessarily get to my phone. Also the pen and paper can remind me that I need to track3 -
Taking pass #1.
Son’s birthday and I worked an event all day. Was trying to log but gave up when I didn’t have time to ask what I was eating, lol. Took a photo of it but it doesn’t help if you have no clue anyway.
So I will assume I’m over calories; I didn’t fully log, but the event itself will count as a workout. I always feel like a truck hit me the next day so I will have to motivate myself to work out.1 -

Exercise - yes, 11,372 steps
Calories- yes
Logged everything- yes
It was a bad food day; I ate so many calories at lunch, that I could eat barely anything in the evening. That was a bad idea. LOL1 -
Taking pass day #1 for today
I planned for today to be a pass because it was my husbands work holiday party. I still logged and excercised and actually wasn’t over too much but had a few too many glasses of champagne to stay in my limit.1 -
Exercise mostly indoors today, due to miserable weather, but still got some puppy-chasing in between the showers. So 3 Yes for me. Hope everyone is having a good day.
Sorry - wrong day!1 -
