I looked up images for Victoria, NSW, Australia just so I could see how nice it is where @craigo3154 lives. The photo is of the Snowy River area. There was a movie made in the '80's called the Man from Snowy River, based on a wonderful poem by Banjo Patterson. I loved that movie and it's on my bucket list to ride a horse there.

Yes x 3. Indoor low impact aerobics, today. Too cold outside for me. Looked up poem by Banjo Patterson. It is quite lengthy. Good reviews...so have requested DVD, The Man From Snowy River, from Netflix. Thank you @RangerRickL for the recommendation.2

Sick! Again! Anyone else experiencing the never ending cold symptoms that seem to mostly go away then come back again! Grrr!

Another pass day for me.
I did exercise and tracked most of my day, but enjoyed myself at a worship arts party at my church tonight and am not tracking it.

Exercised?: Yes. 12,000 steps over the day.
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Travelled to Brisbane for work. Busy day, early morning. No regular walk.
Late light business lunch (open hamburger on turkish bread). Business dinner (sashimi entree, good steak main, wine, desert, whisky). Late night.
Amazed I was still under for the day.
Next mornings walk was almost 10km, but more on that tomorrow.

I got up this morning to workout before taking my husband to a follow up appointment at the doctor.
I did get the workout in and spent the rest of the day going from doctor to doctor to finally the emergency room when they realized his issues the last five months were blood clots in his leg. What a scary day.
So grateful to be back home with him. He will be on bed rest for at least a week and then we will see from there. He was doing so good with me and had lost over 25 pounds. But I am thankful nothing happened to him over that time.
Mortality can slap you in the face in a heartbeat.

This was a very nice day for me. Despite being 14 degrees F. ( -10 C), my day started by working with a woman on hospice. That may not seem like a very nice day, but this woman is an inspiring 85 year old who moved to the USA many years ago. Her home is decorated with her masterpieces of art created by her needlework.
She modified her will's distribution pattern to recognize those who had been friends, caring relatives and the Humane Society. She has no children but she leaves a lasting legacy.

Last full day and night with my mum. We went to Boulder City, the Bellagio and Sam’s Town to look at Christmas lights. I love just hanging with my mum, I’m sad she’s going home tomorrow and have started to get snippy with everyone. I do this when visitors leave, I get really sad and it manifests itself in a miserable way.3 -
