Not sure if I'm hungry or nauseous

I have had 2 doses that i do at bedtime and today I'm feeling nauseous. I know it's a side affect but i think it's also an indication that I'm hungry??? Any ideas on how i can tell the difference? It's lunch time and I literally had to choke down a 1/4 of soup with some saltine crackers

    I have stayed nauseous since I started taking it a month ago. It's supposed to go away. I only realize I'm hungry, is when I get grouchy and irritable. Too bad that doesn't go away too. :)
