Exercised?: Yes. 8.5km in 63 mins (hills)
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Normal 5km walk, then 3.5km round trip to the post office to collect mail. Total 344 meters height differential.
@RangerRickL. I find I am allergic to *NOT* exercising (excessive tiredness, lack of concentration, moodiness, weight gain).
@w8goal4life. UAC is one of the few challenges that caters FOR maintenance. I have been in maintenance for at least 3 months. UAC keeps me honest and on track without re-gaining weight. Helped me work out what my maintenance level of exercise and calories is.

I am not getting my minimum exercise every day.
Did alright today though.
The road: I seen a couple of turkeys. Other than that I had the place to myself. No car went by. Mr. Wizard is telling me I got 750 cal or so for the effort. I better not eat it. I am a little bit over my set point.1 -
20- De-2017
Exercise: yes! Surprisingly, since I had a minor procedure with sedation. I felt good enough, a few hours later, to walk with my neighbour for about an hour
Calories: yes, within my limit
Tracking: yes

Taking a pass day today. I walked for 45 minutes this morning, but a work potluck was me demise. I didn’t log everything and probably went over calories. This may be my 3rd pass day I think. With two big family get togethers coming up, I will probably have more. I will continue to report in every day though!4

Exercise: Yes - 20 min stairs and strength training
Calories: Yes (even though I made gingerbread houses today! WIN!)

Three days no exercise, but Tuesday night I did hold a four year old on my lap for over an hour at a Christmas program and MFP counts playing an instrument as cardio and today was my day to play at s retirement home.
3 days of great tracking
3 days under calories
Happy first day of winter!1 -
Yes x 3: 30 minutes exercise video and 1 hour walk in village with DH.1

Tomorrow, most of my staff will be on break. I've got to meet a poor soul who has to travel from Pittsburgh and back in one day. I feel sorry for him in the holiday crush.
I wore one of my very old fashioned Christmas holiday ties. I'll wear one tomorrow that was given to me this year by a young staff member.
My report:
Exercise: a really good workout. Treadmill with sprints and lots of active stretching.
Tracking: good thing to do when you must pick and choose between an avalanche of gift goodies
Calories: under by less than 2002 -

Yes to the 3. A lovely 3 miles - a bit windy!2

Pass day #2 for me. Did the food shopping today, lovely quiet supermarket but Christmas is ruined - no Brussels sprouts! Catastrophe! The French do not really see Brussels as part of a festive meal, but contrary to a lot of people I love them (and they're good for you). All is not lost, I may be able to get some in the village. After the shopping we met my sister and dog in town and ended up having lunch out. Probably not very over calories but just couldn't be bothered to try to track. Will be better tomorrow.1

It is the best of times, and the worst of times!
Took my 3rd pass on 12/16, at the birthday feast, over 4,000 calories, and now staring at family Christma s dinners on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Will undoubtedly be over on calories one or more of those days, and very difficult to track accurately without being a boorish nerd, so won't go there. No award for me this month.
BUT, the best news is that I have averaged over 12,000 steps a day this week, and I am down another pound, and the inches are shrinking, while improving muscle tone. Getting new barbell equipment for Christmas, and feeling very positive about losing fat and improving health.
This group has been a huge part of my success over the past two months. I started losing weight prior to that, but this steady, focussed approach tracking calories and exercise has been the key to building new, healthy habits.
Thank you all so much, and have a great, healthy holiday season.3 -
I’m using pass 1 for 12/211

I’m officially out of this months challenge, tried to log and excercised like crazy to offset calories but couldn’t do it. It’s kind of a relief really, one less thing to worry about, I’ll keep doing my best and checking in but it’s less stressful to feel like I have to do it all.
This challenge has been so helpful, I lost 3 pounds so far so even if I gain a couple over the holidays I can still be a net 0 gain for the month which is pretty good for this time of year. I’ll be back for the winners circle in January!1 -
Exercise? Yes; 50 minutes of strength training and a 2 mile run
