First Day!

Yay! It’s day one (we’ll actually it’s probably my 50th “day one”). In the past I just couldn’t stick to a certain diet or exercise regimen. I either got bored, or told myself I had no time, but in reality it’s simply because I lacked the motivation to continue. I would always get myself motivated to “get in shape!” But after about two weeks or so, I’d lose that initial motivation and stop. Hopefully this time with the help of a group we can all keep each other motivated! For myself I currently weigh 224 *gasp* which is the heaviest I’ve been in my life. I’m hoping to get down to around 175, as that seems to be a good weight to go for first. What are your goals? I’d love to hear them

I started many diet and never accomplished one. I would like to lose 40lbs and exercise more often.0
