It is so cold here neg numbers . I am in drive thru again today on the side with the open drawer. I am deciding just how many layers can I possibly wear. Till later0

Afternoon walk after getting replacement phones for both myself and my wife in the morning.
Phones we were using was 4 years old and starting to no longer do what I needed it to do. Fortunately changing over was relatively easy.

Oh, man! I am still out of tolerance on diet. My exercise is fun though.
Ugh, hill repeats, now that I think about it, what could be fun about that?
Hey, I talk to dog walkers, that's what.
Here is what my heart looks like on hill repeats.
According to Mr. Wizard, that is only like 600 cals.
But I got this box of Wolferman's treats fedx today that is easily like 6000 cals.
I think I am going to regift that stuff to panhandlers. Don't tell my sister that.
Claw back ... BMI is telling me I am half a point into overweight.
I gotta change things.

Yes x 3 with 30 minutes exercise videos this AM. Expect to do another video this evening as DH is at a hockey game, so my entertainment for the evening will have to be self-made. Will be glad to get out of the deep freeze. It was warmer when we were on a cruise in Antarctica!

I didn’t check in yesterday. It was a bad day. Let’s pretend it didn’t happen and move on to today. Today was a great day and achieved all 3 goals with shining stars! ✨⭐️5

Baby it's cold outside and unfortunately, our furnace has quit. Called the heating repair service and they are on their way to our place.
Exercise: farm activity for 30 active minutes
