Hey Ya'll. I am Alisha. I'm 34 years old and 4'11" from Louisiana. What defines me right now is I recently quit smoking 6 months ago and started working out 7 months ago. I gained 15 lbs and 1 pants size since I quit. I won't give up, I'm too stubborn. Always looking for new friends on this app this help motivate and hold me accountable

    Howdy! My name is Kyle from Atlanta, GA. 6'2" 190lbs. Looking to add some cardio in with my weight training (5x5). Just picked up an elliptical and lovin it thus far.
