Currently I mostly hike and walk my dogs but I am gearing up to start jogging/running again.
I am not a fast/distance runner I just do it for fitness and stress relief.
I also use Garmin's reminders to que me to stand up from my desk and do some squats if I'm free at the moment it vibrates.
