    Well looks like I might be the only one from the Southern Hemisphere... though there is still time ... :smile:

    January 1
    Exercised: Yes - 1 hour run + 1 hour gardening
    Calories in goal: Yes - ate back most of my exercise calories but that is what I do...
    Tracked: Yep ... all there... including the christmas cake o:)

    Well done to the December Circle of Super Humans. You guys are made of different stuff! B)

    Exercise: yes. A family tradition of an outdoor swim in a lido (wow, a whole year since Rick pointed out to me that that's not a word everyone uses. In the UK, it's a public outdoor pool).
    Tracking: everything and I was expecting an early pass day as there was lots of celebration for the family for the year ahead (babies and weddings) and I went with the flow... However,
    Calories: apparently yes! A bit of guesstimating as I didn't cook but looks OK.

    @2020pinktogo so pleased you started the year with a day off! Hope you've enjoyed it.

    The barometric pressure is killing me.

    Exercised: Yes, agonizingly slow walk with the kids. And another 20 minute walk looking for my lost friend.

    New day, new year.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes 30 minutes combination videos (20-low impact aerobics, 10-strength, & 10-stretch) Subsequent 20 minutes of HIIT Low Impact (H2O Plan workout day 1 of 5 day plan) Not sure I will continue with the remaining 4 days of that workout plan. While they are supposedly beginner workouts, I think they are not intended for my aging bones!
