Yes x3 though I don’t feel great about my food choices. One last evening of holiday snacks with friends while playing board games. Workout felt great (and hard) and I’m sure my muscles will be screaming at me tomorrow.6

First time joining this challenge - really looking forward to it.
Exercised?: Yes. 20 mins bike, 3 sets of planks, 10 mins yoga
Calories?: Yes - ate lots of snacks but under. Eating low cal breakfast and dinner helped.
Tracked?: Yes - thank goodness I tracked everything as it stopped me eating even more.
Had the munchies all day!5 -

Calories - Yes, have put up to maintenance over the festive period. Back to normal, low-carb, from tomorrow.
Tracking - Yes, even a "guesstimate " for my home- made mince pies (which will all be gone soon).

Yes. Ran a 5k resolution run. Snowy, slushy and slippery for just over 40 minutes, also walked the dog for just over 1/2 hour.

Yes. MFP shows -139 for the day.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
Yes. Right down to the coffee and herbal tea. Hopefully be drinking more of that and less of the holiday goodies!5 -
