Jan 4 ... yes x3 ... moved a trailer load of dirt in the hot sun, and pruned trees for a few hours.
Had many opportunities to make bad food choices, but managed to push past those and wait for good food ... a little hungry still but have budget available if i decide to have some fruit.7 -
@lemmyhead send some heat my way I am frozen. . It is so cold schools are canceling due to the cold weather and negative numbers.
This week they have had cake actually everyone's food has made me really nauseous so doing well on staying away from the goodies.
I am just doing the minimum this week not sure what I have done but my stomach is killing me.3 -

Logged exercise too of 40 mins. Nearly got blown away but made it!
Bed early as I'm freezing all day and kids have me worn out... bring on Monday!6 -

It was not an easy day, felt very down for no raison, but knowing I'd have to exercise and log my food at the end of it helped a lot.7 -
