    A beautiful 4 mike walk at the Wetlands, on top of dog walk and other running around.

    Don't know what happened today, other than my usual stress at work. So tired & hungry.
    I went over by about 300 calories & didn't get at least 20 minutes of exercise in. (Re: the calories -- still much improved over the 2000+ days of unlimited excess eating).
