yes x3 - I'm still recovering from being sick, so my exercise was pretty gentle, but it feels like the right exertion for where I am. Lots of walking around the school, and used my standing desk exclusively. Stretches this morning and will do again before bed.2

It rained today. It is the first time in 117 days and caused chaos on the roads. I took a 5 mile walk over the Wetlands and all we saw was quail and ducks. I like walking in the rain, it’s exhilarating but after 5 miles I was cold and feeling damp. Reminded me of England
