    This is a view of South Mountain which is literally straight south of downtown Phoenix. Yesterday, it was enjoyed by families; couples; motorists; motorcyclists; hikers; and more. The entire mountain park contains 16,000 acres. Plenty of room for everyone!

    Ufortunetaly I had my 4th pass day.. So I wish Everyone else good luck with the challenge and I will try to keep up with my diet and hopefully join you next month

    Exercise: very nice morning! yes, cross country skiing

    Calories: yes, within my limit

    Tracking: yes, everything

    A couple of photos from today’s adventure. The ski tracks were really nice and the hills were quite gorgeous, as we drove home

    What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday morning, where is this beautiful haven?

    And I have to add, I’m a teensy weensy bit jealous of someone who can just go ski for a morning!

    Yes x 3 with the usual indoor video activity plus at least an hour of vacuuming in preparation for our upcoming journey. Can't wait! :)

    Walking around doing errands for exercise and averaged calories with yesterday to stay in calorie goal, gonna try to stay under tomorrow to make sure I have a good deficit for the week

    Today, is my last day in Arizona for 2 weeks. I get up at 4:00 a.m tomorrow and head for the airport.
    Happily, my wife and I had a delightful 90 minute hike in the desert in the late afternoon.
    Tracking: ok
    Calories: ok
