This is a view of South Mountain which is literally straight south of downtown Phoenix. Yesterday, it was enjoyed by families; couples; motorists; motorcyclists; hikers; and more. The entire mountain park contains 16,000 acres. Plenty of room for everyone!
Have a great Sunday

Well Friday was brutal started off warm I looked crazy in a winter coat and boots. By lunch temperature was dropping fast and turning to freezing rain. Thank goodness it was my early day car was incased in ice roads horrible but got home. By midnight I was clearing out the driveway of 5 inches of snow. Sat had 5 more glad I didn't wait. Due to all the ice no internet. I know one of my coworkers had too much time on their hands they signed me up that I was interested in a new car. I got 10 calls yesterday. LOL The one sales person goes but you signed up today. I laughed and said I have no internet I know it wasn't me. I can't believe they pranked me glad it wasn't anything horrible.6

We awoke to 13.5 inches of the white stuff yesterday...hence, snow shoveling as some of my exercise yesterday...so while the snow and cold isn't appreciated, there was a desired MFP result for activity level . I shoveled the walk. Thank goodness my better half used the snow blower to clear the driveway.5

What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday morning, where is this beautiful haven?
And I have to add, I’m a teensy weensy bit jealous of someone who can just go ski for a morning!3 -
I have been quiet on the thread, but I am still hanging tough with exercise, tracking and calories. This weekend has been a challenge with bitter cold temperatures, ice storm, and the worst, 8 hour power outage yesterday. Another one today. Faulty transformer in our neighborhood.6

Yes x 3 with the usual indoor video activity plus at least an hour of vacuuming in preparation for our upcoming journey. Can't wait!3

Kudos on them pics @cardio_enthusiast. Makes me wish my mountain didn't have an icy road to it. I think I might go there tomorrow anyway and see if it is still icy.
Dentist tomorrow, don't forget! Look for something to put around my finger.
Heh, I could keep eating for like 390 cals but I am not really hungry.
Think I will close the kitchen. Drink my fiber chug first. Vitamins etc.
Kind of light on exercise today but I got two laps on a neighborhood circuit.
That counted. Miniscule climb. Only about 24 floors but I am pretty happy about the pace I could chug that out at.
Yes x 3 is what I say for today.
Here is a picture of ... my celebratory evening drink. Psylium fiber. I drink that stuff pretty much every night. Hey, it makes me on time and active in the morning. I hate getting up on a hill in the middle of nowhere and remembering that I have unfinished business.
Heh, back in my Weight Watchers days I remember something about getting extra points for fiber. Made perfect sense I guess. Fiber supplement, that might be a little over the top.
