Hi all,
We are in Western WA; Seattle area. Yes, we feel quite fortunate that we can drive 50 minutes and get to some lovely cross country skiing trails!

Went on a long overdue date with hibby. We went up The Strip and had a great day partying for two. We do this about every eight weeks, just the two of us reconnecting.……2 -
Pass Day #3 for me. Worked all day today and didn't do so well on the food front. Sigh.0

I'm out of the winner's circle BUT I am really happy with my progress. I've never been able to actually keep myself below my calorie budget before, and success is motivating.4 -

I feel for you all in the bitter cold and snow! We are in the lovely sunshine and mild temps in Albuquerque NM. My kids would love if it snowed, but I don’t think it’s in the cards!2 -

Exercise? yes! Swam 900 meters
Tracked food? yes I did
Stayed within calories? Yes. Will speak to dietician and coach today re: upping calorie intake. I also need to keep the sodium down better as I have edema. With MFP I have am alarm set but it is easy to eat too much salt if you eat any bread or cheese at all.2 -

Yes x 3, today. I'm back to heavy lifting, and am so happy to feel like myself again. Also back to cooking my own food, so under calorie limit and quite satisfied.2 -
