    Exercise? yes! Swam 900 meters
    Tracked food? yes I did
    Stayed within calories? Yes. Will speak to dietician and coach today re: upping calorie intake. I also need to keep the sodium down better as I have edema. With MFP I have am alarm set but it is easy to eat too much salt if you eat any bread or cheese at all.

    Yes x 3, today. I'm back to heavy lifting, and am so happy to feel like myself again. Also back to cooking my own food, so under calorie limit and quite satisfied.
