Its that time again, weigh in. Last week I stayed the same, we shall see what this week holds. Are you exercising? Drinking water? Eating healthy?

That is shocking, especially because I'm still swollen from surgery, not drinking enough water, and bingeing every single day this last week.
I'm disappointed in myself. I need to figure out different outlets instead of bingeing.0 -
