Most days I like to keep it simple and have the same thing. A cup of coffee and smoothie.0

Many days it's a smoothie. Often it could be overnight oats or millet. I also make my own granola so that sneaks in sometimes too.1

Or hash browns with veggies and avocado/salsa on top.3 -
On the weekends I love tofu scramble & hash browns2

I typically have either a smoothie (kale, flax seeds, blueberries, strawberries, mango and pineapple) and a nub of ginger or oatmeal with flax seeds and blueberries.
Occasionally, I'll have avocado toast - mmmmmmmmm!
