One of my faults is that I spend so much time being a human-doing that I forget to take time to be a human being.
Enjoy today!

Yes x 3 for yesterday
Rough day yesterday with my daughter. I felt like she was 6 and not 24. In fact I think she was better when she was 6.6 -

Wife and daughter had to go out for the day, to I spent most of the day pottering around the resort again. Great to just relax for a change.
After dinner (and after wife and daughter got back) went for walk just on dusk. Cooler temperatures. Better to walk in and better pace.
Wrist now seem to be back to almost full strength. No longer need the support bandage and it can support my weight again (I can do push-ups again).
Have not been posting for a few days as on holidays. Still tracking and still keeping active. Amazingly not overeating (not actively trying to stay in budget, kind of happening automagically - low gluten diet helps and I also don't tend to drink calorie beverages)

Yes yes yes. I planned on doing a low impact cardio workout today, but the cleaning bug hit me. My children are hoarders with all their crafts and papers and little bits of useless broken toys! I spent 5 hours doing a deep clean and organization in several areas of the house. I am totally exhausted and sore. Definitely more of a workout than the 30 minute video I had planned!3

Wow! This is the best that I have felt in 10 days. My asthma has subsided and thus, I am able to lower my meds and nebulizer to almost zero. That restores my vocal cords...which is pretty important since 80% of my job is talking to people.
Calories: Good day and modestly under the limit
Tracking: ok
Exercise: I'm not ready for hard exercise, I'm just puttering along at a slow walk speed until I get back to Phoenix this weekend.4 -

I must be getting old .. ..
exercise - upwards of 900 feet climbing. That is kind of good.
Calories - I got a beer problem
Tracking - at least I know how far out of bounds I am. Not that far actually but ... I got to rein in.
Why does it matter? My buddies are all like why does it matter. How 'bout we just enjoy our retirements?
So I am thinking about detailing why it matters even though I ain't maintaining all that meticulously.
