    Dave, I bagged the morning walk with pups due to similar weather conditions here yesterday. Glad we have a wee home gym.

    What kind of fish were you catching through 2-3 ft of ice, Dave? Hand augered. That's for young soldiers with time on their hands.

    Got over 50 yesterday, freezing temps returning today.

    Good Morning,
    Yesterday's post were too cold and wet for me, since I've gotten older and arthritis has decided it likes me I've become a wuss. I'll go to gym but not outside in wet and cold.
    Walking in 42 degrees with rain and sleet lot better than me.
    Back in day looked forward to ice and snow, only plus now is day off because in south not cost effective to have equipment to deal with ice and snow.
    Bill, hope epidural helps and trip up is not too bad.
    Mike, continue staying away from baked goods and you'll results on scale.

    Good Morning! Not much sleep last night, an occasional side effect from the pain meds. At least it allowed me to catch up with the Australian Open tennis matches. Final epidural late this afternoon. No expectations, just need to get it done so we can move on to surgery. After 5 epidurals, 2 facet joint injections and 1 Radiofrequency Nerve Ablation in 30 mos, these are now fairly routine. Nice cold rainy afternoon to make the ride more interesting.

    Good morning gentlemen

    Yesterday, it rained all day and was 40 degrees. DW and I wimped out and passed on our walk. We'll get out today, though.

    Lee, my ice fishing, so long ago, was on Quartz Lake, near Delta Junction, Alaska. We caught a bunch of landlocked silver salmon. They were all around 14 inches and tasted fantastic. We used little cocktail shrimp as bait. Tried to hold bait in our mouths to keep it from freezing, but couldn't help but swallow.

    Pouring rain and cold and early class but walked 2 miles (short for me) yesterday and 4.6 mi today.
