    Exercise: No - I left the house for work at 7:30am, went straight to class afterwards, then straight to a social event (birthday at a restaurant) and didn't return home till 9:30pm
    Calories: No - 1880/1500, but I'm okay with that because I've been meaning to eat at this restaurant for years and it was a birthday!
    Tracked: Yes, as best as possible
