January 23rd: Passday #2. Sick, throwing up, so definitely under calories! But no exercise and no tracking ..1

Only a 3 mile dog walk today, I didn’t have the energy to do anything more. I did some baking and enjoyed a slice of the result!1 -

exercise - upwards of 900 feet climbing. That is kind of good.
Calories - I got a beer problem
Tracking - at least I know how far out of bounds I am. Not that far actually but ... I got to rein in.
Why does it matter? My buddies are all like why does it matter. How 'bout we just enjoy our retirements?
So I am thinking about detailing why it matters even though I ain't maintaining all that meticulously.

Exercise: No - I left the house for work at 7:30am, went straight to class afterwards, then straight to a social event (birthday at a restaurant) and didn't return home till 9:30pm
Calories: No - 1880/1500, but I'm okay with that because I've been meaning to eat at this restaurant for years and it was a birthday!
Tracked: Yes, as best as possible1
