Its that time again, weigh in. Last week I stayed the same, we shall see what this week holds. Are you exercising? Drinking water? Eating healthy?
Whats on the menu this week?

    It's going well so far. But I always find January is an easy time of the year to follow a health plan - gets harder into February!

    Week 2- 228.6 lbs
    Week 3- 228.8 lbs

    That is shocking, especially because I'm still swollen from surgery, not drinking enough water, and bingeing every single day this last week.

    I'm disappointed in myself. I need to figure out different outlets instead of bingeing.
