Breathe!!!!! Use you breathing as a lifting rhythm and never hold your breath. Passing out is not fun!

I am extra careful on what I do (perhaps sometimes a bit too much) and I am very concentrated on my activities. People make fun of me but this is what I do...1

Simply listening to your body and learning the difference between “sore” and being truly hurt or injured! I am not always the best at this and try to push my body too far sometimes, but it’s something we can all learn and practice!2

Thinking of my body position, a using a tight core, helps keep my back injury free.0

To be more adamant about stretching! Also to not always trying to push through pain and possibly making an injury worse.1
