Add me
I'm a 28 year old trans guy from the UK, 5 months on testosterone, hoping to have top surgery in the near future
I'm trying to lose fat right now (roughly 20lbs) in the hoping of losing some of my chest and then I will be bulking to add more muscle
I do Crossfit and a bit of running, have previously played roller derby and focused on Olympic style lifting
I'm vegan, bi/pansexual and I spend way too much time on Netflix

Hi all! transguy from Denver, CO here looking to lose about 100 lbs. My wife and I are both trying to get healthier this year, as we're looking to start a family and we want to be able to be more physically active and model healthy habits for our future offspring. I'm not following any specific program, but just taking it in phases - right now working on reaching a good calories out/in balance to allow for weight loss, and then will start focusing more on better nutrition in my diet. Long term goal will be to run again - I completed one half marathon ages ago (not competitive - just for myself) and would love to do that again, and maybe even work my way up to a marathon.2

Hey hey I’m non-binary transmasculine, just been referred to get top surgery later this year.... I’m trying to get as healthy as possible/get some upper body muscle before surgery ^.^
From London, in the UK. Am mostly a vegetarian and don’t eat dairy, but do eat eggs & fish on occasion...3 -
Hey all, I'm a genderqueer trans guy, 28 years old, from the midwestern USA.

Hi I'm non-binary gender-queer, and transmasculine most of the time. Keep flirting with idea of top surgery, but not sure that that's my path.
I have mostly been vegetarian but dont do well with rules0 -

I am an 18 y/o trans guy and I want to lose roughly 30 lbs. I've been on testosterone for 2.5 months but I have been very inactive, and I've been eating terribly. I really want to lose weight and then tone up by exercising, not eating fast food, and possibly persuing the keto diet. I am new here and get motivation from seeing others be successful! please feel free to add me!0

Hey everyone! So glad to see so many beautiful trans faces on here. I’m Cian, a transguy, 5 months on T and trying to lose 30kg but more importantly, just trying to feel good in my body as it changes. I would love to connect with more people so feel free to add me0

I'm Rhaegar, 29, afab genderqueer/genderfuck trans guy. I'm working to lose about 30lbs and then work on building muscle. I've been on T about 3.5 years, post top surgery 1.5 years. I gained a lot of weight in the years before I came out, mostly due to alcoholism partially fueled by dysphoria. Been working on moderation for 5 years and complete sobriety for over a year. Also long time recovery from an eating disorder as a teen, also fueled by dysphoria. Lots of negative things in my past all led back to dysphoria really. Now I'm at a happier healthier place and comfy in my body, and want to finally get back into good shape. Feel free to add me!0

Howdy folks, 31 y/o trans guy. Started my transition in 2011, now post-phallo. I was a mess in my early 20's when I was trying to figure out what was "wrong with me"... I gained about 70 lbs in a year, depressed, hoping to just fade into the background. Then I was even more unhappy. I lost it quick, diet/excessive exercise/drug use, and I feel like I wrecked my body. I'm covered in scars anyway, so the stretch marks are just another badge of my journey... but I'll never be able to fix all of my saggy skin, and it has a big effect on my life. Hormones and surgeries have given me a body I never thought could be possible, but despite that, I'm still angry and unhappy with myself. My transition-related changes were the work of other people - now the rest is up to me. I want to lose more of the subcutaneous fat, gain muscle, and hopefully be left with a body underneath the sag that I can truly be happy with.
I had a different MFP account years ago and it was really motivating to have other folks in my news feed. It's nice to feel like there are other people in this with me. Friends welcome!0
