I'm learning ju no kata, the Forms Of Gentleness. It's difficult, and mostly my partner is the very definition of grace while I'm still figuring out how to deal with the twelve extra left feet I suddenly develop as soon as we bow onto the mat, but we do nail the lifts! (Sometimes.) I just love this kata. It's so gorgeous.

    That's awesome. Do you have any videos? I'd love to see the whole kata.

    We don't do two person kata in karate, I have tried a couple in weapons class and it's so complicated having to remember your partner's moves as well as your own

    That looks like a lot of fun!! Agree with @LuizH Would really like to see a video! I've done some two person work, but it's been years....
