Hi ladies and gents!
How are you going with your journey so far?
January is drawing to a close - what are some of your scale/non-scale victories for this month?

For me:
- I have continued to work through the 10K running program and only have a few weeks left.
- I had to buy many new clothes this month as my pants, skirts and jeans were falling off me.
- I navigated the silly season by eating in moderation, enjoying every event with family and friends and continued to practise eating in moderation.
- I am 220+ days binge free and this also represents my MFP logging streak.

    I've been active many days this month - much more than if I had not joined this group!

    I've also stopped drinking diet soda :)

    Still going hard but no weight change. I need to stay away from sugar foods. Cutting back and feeling better.

    Woohoo! I drink quite a lot of diet soft drink. My downfall unfortunately but...baby steps! I’d like to cut back!

    I haven’t yet. Good idea. Going to take measurements tomorrow morning and start tracking. Thanks!

    This group definitely has made me more likely to workout or at least pay attention to my workouts. I’m thankful for the push!
