    Been up for a while. Client needed some support while their dog had its puppies.

    Good Morning BBB.
    Today is the day to get house ready for showings while we are gone and pack for RV, Jack, and my stuff. Monday and Tuesday are going to be crazy and then we head south on Wednesday.
    Lee - how was dog training yesterday? How many pups did your client’s dog have?
    Kelly - what day do you leave?
    Sam - how was the event?
    Mary & Steph - enjoy the meetup in February - I’ll be with you in spirit.
    Bill - how was the VFW with your dad?
    Do good out there everyone.

    Morning~

    Dragging. Two nights up nursing DW with bad flu/strep throat (she's not a good patient).
    Two good days with Pop at the VFW. He had a great time with his old Commander yesterday. Nothing better that watching a bunch of old vets jaw jabbing!
    Dad delivered to airport now I'm in middle of nurse maid; laundry; and white tornado to prep for a showing of house on Tuesday for some out of towners....

    Got to step inside house for first time yesterday (the basement). All the plumbing rough ins are done...county inspection on Monday and then they'll pour the foundation floors. Exciting.

    Amen for 2a/m critter fixers! You're a saint, Doc! Sending you a virtual Siren SBUX now!

    FL bound soon, Raine, eh? Hope preps go smooth!

    Sounds like everyone is very busy! I know that I have been burning candle at both ends at work, and trying to knock out projects at home.

    Skip, take care of the DW! Sounds like your house is making great progress. Exciting, I'm sure!

    Doc Lee, I know that I'd certainly appreciate a vet like you. Thanks for all that you do for your clients and their pets in the middle of the night, and on weekends!

    You're a regular James Herriot, Lee. My neice wants to be a vet. She is a really bright senior in high school, who will probably get scholarship offers as a musician, but recognizes that is a tough way to make a living.

    The house progress is exciting, I know, Skip - but I never want to do it again.

    Coffees on, slept in a bit. Watching Netflix til midnight.

    Brought a new pressure washer Sat. Now we can wash the siding this spring. Fun! Winkwink.

    Today is food prep for the week day. SO is almost done the his new work room in the basement, looks great! Peg board for tools goes up today.

    Hope your DW feels better soon Skip. Back to school in the germ zone? Hope dfil can dodge it.

    Lee, what breed are the pups? All ok, with mama too?

    Morning bbb

    enjoying my coffee and catching up on the internet. Today will be costco (didn't make it yesterday...I forget they close at 7) and food prep. DH is starting the taxes today so I'll probably do my part (logging all the donations)

    Probably wash up all the bedding too. My sister and her family and maybe my dad are visiting for a long weekend for the state wrestling tournament and will arrive while we are on vacation.

    No travel this week, it will be weird to sleep in my own bed for 10 days in a row. Meeting a former co-worker for drinks one night but otherwise hoping to get in a week of clean eating since I am in total control instead of relying on restaurants.

    Tried on clothes this morning for the trip. Got them all in a pile. Yep. 6 days.
    Steph. I never realized how much you’re gone.
    Lee, I love puppies, who doesn’t? What breed?
    Church this morning steakhouse for lunch.
    DH got a new car yesterday. We discussed it for 10 minutes. Both agreed. Ds1 got a very nice graduation gift. He got his dads old car.
    Not much else going on. Just counting down the days. 6. I think I mentioned that.

    For January I travelled 13 days. February will be more but 8 of them will be vacation :)

    Seems to me that if one critter had been fixed, Lee could have slept through the night. ;)

    I was busy all weekend, but I can't honestly say that I accomplished anything.
