Hi Team,
Above are some photos in remembrance of my ancient history of the 1960’s. Getting as many kids as possible into a VW Bug was the big thing!
Now, turning our attention to the UAC Big Thing, the Winners Circle victory lap is getting close.
@LorraineGB has announced her expectations to be in that Winners Circle.
Who else is planning on being there with her?

@RangerRickL I am just about to post pass day #3 for yesterday, but am holding out hope of holding on for the next few days (no distractions planned so fingers crossed!).5

Exercised?: Yes. 20+ mins setting up and dismantling FPV drone track.

REALLY HOT today (40+C 104+F). Still over 30+C at 10:45pm.
FPV Drone race today (out in the heat). Went through over 3 litres of water in 4 hours.
Weighed self this morning (for first time in a week), still well inside maintenance weight for me (65.4kg).
Back to work in the morning (after a week of holiday).

LOL how funny we were just talking about this at work and most of the older crowd had all participated in the how many in a phone booth. Granted we all then we're laughing and admitting to calling our first crushes from a phone booth. What these young kids missed out on having technology at their fingertips. We were also laughing about how excited we got when we went to Brand Names and you dropped your order in the box and then watched to see if your order came out on the conveyor belt. Oh we were laughing so hard.5 -
I think I'll make it to the winner's circle. I have three pass days, so could still fall out. I'm hoping and working on making it.5

I didn't use any pass days so far so even if I use them for the rest of the month I will make it to the circle.

Today, Rose and I continued to celebrate our 45th anniversary by attending church; walking for 90 minutes in the desert; and finally a wonderful meal with panoramic vista of night time Phoenix!

One more strike and I’m out! Hoping I make it the next few days. All yesses for today. Got in a good upper body strength workout with cardio intervals. Enjoyed an ice cream date with the kiddos after church. Tasted good but the bloat and discomfort are never worth it! Someday I’ll learn my lesson.0

Yes, I did get my exercise in cleaning around outside and inside and playing with my son.
No, not under calorie budget. I ate way too much - who knew you could pack so many calories into one Rosa's Cafe meal?
No, I don't think I tracked everything. My Internet was down at my house and I'm so technology dependent, I didn't think - Hey, write it down, enter it later. I also could have tethered to my phone, but I was too busy to make the effort.0 -
