I have been well out the loop but it’s time to get my backside into gear, start logging my food and losing a few pounds to improve my confidence, and my running and riding in 2018. This year I haven’t been able to race, but hoping to get back to doing some events and stuff in the 2nd half of next year. I still cycled a lot this year, just not doing competitive things or challenges.
Looking for some cycling friends to join me in some weight loss and some riding (and other exercise too!) would be great to get to know some of you
