Which day do you want to do weigh ins. I need that pressure to be held accountable. I got my number this morning but maybe Monday AM too much pressure? Friday Am??

    Doing great! I missed my workout yesterday for my body to recover. Lost 1.5lbs this week! Off to a good start!

    I missed my workout tonight but at weigh in this morning I was down 2.6lbs!! Great job to you too.
