You go to s health on together tab and then click on friends then qr code and then my qr code. Take a screen shot and share with others they can scan your qr code to add you as a friend. I'm not sure how to attch pictures on here you might have to private message someone.You can also add someone by their phone number which you should definitely use private mesage for if you do.

The QR code is not an easy option for me. I have to save it as an image to my phone then use Google lens to read it. I suggest going to "invite" on Samsung health and copy the link. Much easier to add a friend that way.
