    Yes, yes and yes. 100 burpee challenge followed by 15 minutes of various cardio moves/crazy dancing to keep my heart rate up. Plus a few extra calories burned from all the running from the vehicle to the church back to the vehicle to a few stores, because it was -41 this morning. Whyyyy do I live where the air hurts my face?? Haha.
