The universe can be incredibly beautiful. A few nights ago, as we left Frank Lloyd Wright’s desert home and architecture studio, professional photographers were capturing images of the phenomenon of a lunar eclipse and a full moon. Here is one of those photos.10 -

@fightingthetideofaging Thank you so much for urging me to keep logging in! At age 56, I am scared of going into the 60s at my current weight and health level.
@RangerRickL Thank you for the encouragement to continue to be part of the team! I have been on mfp a long time but my inconsistency has only led to weight gains. It's one thing to know what to do and how to do, but if the actions aren't in place... well........... I want to have healthy habits and I just know that I will get there. I hope to be in the Winner's Circle in March.
So far, today, I did 31 minutes of exercise!

Very lazy day here, but just managed enough exercise to qualify, so 3 x yes for me (very leisurely walking plus some dancing round the kitchen whilst cooking roast pork lunch).6

Lazy day after yesterday's walk, but did 30 minutes brisk walk, stayed under my agreed calories and logged it all. Cooked nice sunday lunch as well as several healthy meals for the rest of the week, dealt with a few e-mails and went to the cinema with a friend....5

Another great day snowshoeing - came back inside with a frozen face and sweaty everywhere else! Then cleared the back deck and tramped some of the paths. We don't bother shovelling paths - the snowshoes pack them down enough to walk on. Besides, tramping is more fun then shovelling
So exercise and water all done and food logged. The day is not over yet, but I will stick to everything pre-logged and let our fearless leaders know if I fail to do so!
Enjoying the reports of lazy days that still manage to stick with the program. Just having to get here and report makes all the difference between a lazy day to regret and one where it was all OK.6 -

Made pretty good decisions throughout the day... Ate a light lunch, ditched the rice and sub with spaghetti squash; not get coke/popcorn/nachos during basketball games; walked before superbowl party so I can eat “more”
@Elbee1 We are very alike! Inconsistency leads to weight gain; knowing what/how to do, action is a different thing! I just started again past Monday, used two Pass Days already by yesterday, but I am determined to have more good days than “bad” days this time, may not be in winner’s circle but trying to establish good habits one day at a time! WE can do it!5 -

Yes, yes and yes. 100 burpee challenge followed by 15 minutes of various cardio moves/crazy dancing to keep my heart rate up. Plus a few extra calories burned from all the running from the vehicle to the church back to the vehicle to a few stores, because it was -41 this morning. Whyyyy do I live where the air hurts my face?? Haha.4
